Vini Rossi

The international Merlot grape produces a wine with a ruby red color more or less intense, with fruity aroma, red flowers and notes. The flavor is quite tannic, soft, full-bodied. It prefers hilly terrain and fresh, with good moisture. The most suitable farming systems are the spurred cordon and Guyot that give a good shading the grapes to avoid sudden drops in acidity fixed due to an unwanted over-ripeness.

The production of the International Syrah which yields a rich charming wine, quality and tradition increasing the supply of excellent organoleptic quality wines. Syrah gives a ruby red colored wine with purple hues and its intense fruity aroma with hints of berries blacks and spices, among which is clear black pepper; in the mouth has good structure and persistence, is soft and pretty fresh with a medium tannic.

Nero d'Avola is a wine with velvety tannins and pleasant persistence. It has a red color and a rich fruity somber purple vein reminiscent of blackcurrant and blueberry. Delicious with grilled meat, roast pork, mature cheeses and cured meats of all kinds.
