The production of the International Syrah which yields a rich charming wine, quality and tradition increasing the supply of excellent organoleptic quality wines. Syrah gives a ruby red colored wine with purple hues and its intense fruity aroma with hints of berries blacks and spices, among which is clear black pepper; in the mouth has good structure and persistence, is soft and pretty fresh with a medium tannic.

    Grapes: Syrah at 100%
    Type of land: Predominantly calcareous terrain with clay fraction and stony skeleton. Good presence of minerals.
    Farming system: Cordone speronato e Guyot
    Harvest time: 2° decade di September
    Wine making: Stemming and maceration on the skins for 10 days, fermentation in stainless steel tanks
    Vesting period: 12 months in steel tanks
    Refinement: In bottle for 5 months
    Colour: Ruby red
    Aroma: Intense and pleasant with hints of fruit. Complex with notes of wild berries and black pepper.
    Taste: Harmonious, velvety and pleasant
    Pairing:

    It goes especially to dishes with white meat and red roasted or grilled and seasoned foods with sauces.
    It may also abbianre with mature cheese.
